Marvellous Machines
Creative literacy learning in Sedgemoor.
As part of our literacy unit on explanation texts, Sedgemoor class designed their own machines. They had to label and explain what each part does. The thought and imagination into these designs was amazing. We've made a book for our class library so that everyone can see them.
It doesn't stop there! Sedgemoor class will take part in their own version of Dragon's Den next week, as they have to persuade me to invest my chocolate coins in their machines! We are doing this as part of our new literacy topic on Persuasion. We will film the whole thing, so watch this space!
