Maths Challenge!

Our annual Maths Challenge starts today and your child should bring home their booklet. For the majority of the school the challenge is to learn certain times tables. They will be tested each week to see if they can move up a level. Please help support your child by signing the calendar part of the booklet to confirm that they have spent time each evening learning/chanting their times tables. Younger children will be working on number bonds and number recognition.

10 minutes each evening will reap lifetime benefits! These basic number skills are essential if your child is to make progress in their mathematical work.
