Aller class had a fantastic day dressed as romans. They learnt all about what Britain was like as the Romans invaded.

Places week starts next week. all classes will learn about their particular country. Do contribute to our museum which will be set up in the room opposite the library.

It has been an excellent end of term. Healthy Living Week was a great success with all of the children having the opportunity to get cooking in our new community room.

It was a wonderful opportunity for pupils to practise their french when welcoming parents and friends to our french cafe.

The Sharandy Birds of Prey day proved to be a great success. The children loved getting up close to see the Barn Owl and European Eagle Owl.

Our annual Maths Challenge starts today and your child should bring home their booklet. For the majority of the school the challenge is to learn certain times tables.

That moment of success was captured on camera as children in Yeo class managed to light up their lighthouses through constructing a complete electrical circuit.

 We plan to re-open tomorrow as the plumbing problem on the lower part of the site has been fixed.

 When snow falls it is a special time for us all. I hope you have been having a wonderful set of new experiences such as building snowmen, throwing snowballs and sledging.
